Temporary registration at the place of stay. You can't create a Google account due to age restrictions - what are these Problems with “bonus” domains

One of the problems that Windows users periodically encounter is a message that they are supposedly logged in with a temporary profile. It appears in both Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 with additional text stating: “You cannot access your files, and files created in this profile will be deleted when you log off.” With the help of this instruction you can understand how to solve the problem You are signed in with a temporary profile in Windows 10 and 8.1.

This problem often appears when users rename or delete the Windows user profile folder. But there are other reasons why it occurs. It is worth noting that these instructions are intended for ordinary Windows 8.1 and 10 users whose computers are not in a domain. If you are managing Active Directory accounts in Windows Server, this instruction will not help you in any way. The only thing we can suggest to you is to try to understand the login script or delete the profile on the computer and log into the domain again.

How to fix temporary profile in Windows 10 and 8.1

Before you perform any further steps, you must remember whether your account had administrator rights. If she had them before the error message “You are signed in with a temporary profile” appeared, she still has them and you can continue. If your account had the rights of a simple user, you will have to perform actions under the administrator account, or activate the hidden administrator account in safe mode with command line support.

If all conditions are met, do the following:

Further actions must be performed based on whether the folder name matches or not.

If the folder name does not match:

  1. You need to double click on the value ProfileImagePath and change it so that it contains the correct path to the user's folder.
  2. If on the left side of the Registry Editor window there is a section with the same name as the current one, but without ending .bak, right-click on it and select “Delete”.
  3. Right-click on the section with .bak at the end, in the drop-down menu, select “Rename” and delete .bak.
  4. Close the Registry Editor window, restart your PC and try again to log into the account with which you are having a problem.

If the folder name matches:

  1. On the left side of the Registry Editor window, click on the section with the same name as with .bak at the end, and select "Delete".
  2. Select a section with .bak on the end and remove it as well.
  3. Close the Registry Editor window, restart your computer, and try logging into the damaged account. The system must create all the necessary data for it and enter it into the registry.

It doesn't always go smoothly. Due to different laws and company policies, difficulties may arise. One of these problems is the notification “You cannot create a Google account due to age restrictions.” This message appears when you try to create an account directly in Android. Once blocked, registration cannot continue. Naturally, further binding to the phone also fails. We will tell you what this blocking is and how to fix it.

What are Google's age restrictions?

The corporation strictly complies with the letter of the law, and it indicates the impossibility of minors gaining access to 18+ materials. Since the Google account, in addition to being linked to Android, includes synchronization with YouTube, Chrome, Google Play, Gmail, etc. – the age censor becomes appropriate. A lot of people post materials with profanity, adult content, etc. – therefore restrictions help block access to content of this nature.

By the way, in the USA, registration is available from 13 years of age. Europe from 14 years old. Blocking from 18 applies to the following applications: Google Wallet, AdSense, AdWords. There are also contents on YouTube that are marked with a special message.

The question that remains relevant is why you were placed under such a restriction. The answer is simple - the system and search algorithms analyze your traffic, search queries, social networks and form your profile, where your age is also determined. So, if the system decides that you are not old enough, then you will not be able to create a new account. The fact that you enter an obviously older age when creating it won’t even help here.

How to create a Google account without age restrictions

It is recommended to carry out the procedure for registering a new profile via a PC or mobile Chrome. In the case of the mobile version, go into the history and completely erase it, you can even do a “Reset”. After that, try to create again. If it doesn’t help, then in any browser version we do the following:

  1. Launching a standard search engine website Google.
  2. We are looking for a button "To come in".
  3. Now click on "Create an account".
  4. Fill out all the forms provided. However, in the age field, enter a date no earlier than 2000. With options for children, we are limited to 2004. This will allow you to create an account, but will leave limited access to 18+ content.
  5. Then we link the new profile through the main settings of your Android.

By the way, read this article too: Flash content on this page is blocked - what to do

A separate option would be to create a profile through the Youtube application on your phone: there you also need to select adding an account - creating a new one.

Alternatively, create a new profile via Youtube

If at a particular moment you do not have access to create a new profile, ask your friends or relatives to register by linking their data. Subsequently, the management of such a profile can be entrusted to minors. The main criterion will be whether such a person has a telephone number. This way Google will receive the data of a very real person, but anyone who has a password will be able to use the account. The only negative is that if you lose your password or number, it may be difficult to restore access to your account.

If they threaten to block your account

There is another point - blocking accounts that have been working for a long time by age. If the account already exists, then you may have received a notification that everything will be deleted in 26-30 days. This is motivated by the corporation's need to obtain your data. Similar incidents can occur when registering a child or teenager. Some, having indicated an age of 14 years or older, become hostage to a situation where their account is threatened with deletion. To prevent this, you need to do either of two options:

  • Link a bank card to your account and make any transaction (donation, app purchase) in the amount of 30 cents or more. Keep in mind that the system may freeze one dollar for an extra check, but after a few days it will be unfrozen. It is recommended to check the unlocking status and learn more about transactions via credit card here: support.google.com/accounts/1333913.
  • Send your documents (scanned), in our case a child, to the Google office. Using the link above, we again study the topic in more detail. If there is a need to add a couple of years, then use editors to correct the date on the scanned document. So far the operators have not looked at them very closely.

Data processing times vary. A credit card will allow you to get your account back in just a few minutes. The scan is checked longer, but within 24 hours. Although it makes sense to take holidays into account.

Conclusion

I’ll add on my own behalf: it is not recommended to use fraudulent schemes. They are done at your own peril and risk. There is a high probability of getting a ban, which will be difficult to remove even after reaching adulthood. As you can see, there is no big problem with the message “You can’t create a Google account due to age restrictions” and it’s just a matter of how you created your profile.

The right of ownership in the Russian Federation is maximally protected by law, but when registering temporarily at the place of residence, the owner of the property bears certain risks. We will try in this article to consider why temporary registration is dangerous for the owner, whether the rent depends on the number of registered people and how to avoid controversial situations.

Ownership rights to an apartment, as individual property rights, are protected by law in Section II of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The legal status of citizens who are registered at the place of stay is determined by the current version of the Government of the Russian Federation Resolution No. 713 of July 17, 1995 “On approval of the Rules for registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation.”

Rights of a temporarily registered resident and their consequences

The rights acquired by a temporarily registered citizen are similar to the rights of residents with permanent residence registration:

  • a temporary tenant acquires the right to stay and live in the apartment;
  • This registration form allows you to register your minor children at your temporary address without obtaining the consent of the owner and other interested parties.

It is difficult to say unambiguously whether the temporary registration of a child has negative consequences for the owner of the premises. The consequences of temporary registration for the owner in this case are determined by the articles of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, which exempt the parent from obtaining the consent of the owners and tenants of housing for the registration of a minor child:

  • there is the possibility of a situation in which a citizen has the right to register a minor child with him for a period exceeding the period of his registration - this circumstance arises due to the inattention of FMS employees and the absence of regulations clearly regulating the period of registration of the child. N What is the deadline for temporary registration?, we tell. The result will be the following problem: the parent, after the expiration of his registration, has the right to be forced through the court to register again at the address of his child;
  • temporary registration of a minor child, the consequences of which may be similar to the situation described above, will be appealed through the court and, if sufficient evidence is provided, canceled by a court decision, i.e. in special cases .

To avoid this situation, when moving in, it is necessary to obtain information about the presence of children of the registered citizen. At birth, adoption, or registration of guardianship of a minor child, it is advisable that the owner be personally present at the FMS office when submitting the application for registration, sign it personally and control the dates that end the period of temporary registration for the parents and the child.

Some facts

Fraudsters can take advantage of the changes included in the rules for registering citizens at their place of residence. For example, having found out the passport details of the home owner, you can register at least 10 people via the Internet through the website gosuslugi.ru.

Obligations arising from the owner when providing his apartment

When providing his property for residence to citizens, the owner is obliged to ensure that they have registration at the place of stay. H Temporary registration differs from permanent registration, you can find out in our article -

I have long wanted to talk about the procedure for registering a domain, about the nuances that arise during this process.

I made this article as a continuation of the course I took, designed for beginners about...

It all started with a post, so I advise you to take a look first. All stages of creating a blog are described in detail there.

And today I will touch on one of the nuances - the domain registration process. Actually, if you're interested, how to register a domain, then there is a lot of material on this topic on the Internet, so Yandex and Google can help you. I won’t focus on this.

The point is different. Many people don’t want to create a blog themselves, promote it, fill it with content, etc. For example, I didn’t have money to start with, so I did everything myself and registered it in my name. By the way, I described it, so you can look in the section. There are two articles about how I got into blogging in the first place. This is as if by the way.

But there are people who already have money and are ready to invest it in business. It’s clear that it’s great to shift all the worries to the developer and not worry about it, but there are some nuances here, and to be more precise, problems may arise with the domain if the developer registers it under his own name.

As far as I know, there are no problems with domain registration today. Only, perhaps, for some people, the new rules for registering domains in the.ru zone were a big hit. And today all domains can be purchased by both individuals and legal entities. True, there is one small exception. This is domain.ua.

Only owners of registered product and service marks can own this domain. That is, you first need to obtain a trademark certificate, and then register the domain. And the cost of registering this domain name is six times more expensive when compared, for example, with.com.ua.

Important! A domain name can only be registered to one person!

By the way, many hosting platforms have the opportunity to register a domain in the interests of the client. But here again there are nuances. The fact is that with such registration the client will not be the owner of the domain name registered in this way. Officially, such a domain will belong to the hoster.

By the way, I also touched on the domain name problem for the reason that any disputes with a domain name, the process and procedure for registering it are much more complicated than, for example, problems with the hoster. Why so?

Look. When we register a domain, this means that we become its full owner. And hence the problem that can fall on us out of the blue - in the event of serious violations of the rules and procedure for registering a domain, we may simply be deprived of the right to own this domain name.

Owning a domain can be compared to owning a thing. We own this thing, but sometimes we can lose it. In the same way, we may lose our domain name.

Officially, only the owner can perform any operations with a domain name. By definition, this is a person who has access to the domain control panel. Cases where unauthorized persons gained access to the control panel are quite frequent.

Therefore, keep your username and password secret. And when registering a domain, you need to indicate your real data, because if your account (control panel) is hacked, which contains false data, and an unauthorized person gains access to it, it will be difficult for you to prove that you are the owner of this domain. And one more trick - never register a domain for a non-existent e-mail address.

Go ahead. As a rule, a domain is registered to the following types of persons:

1. To myself. Everything is clear here. Without intermediaries, just register the domain using your data yourself

2. To the registrar company or to the hosting company. I already talked about this above. This is for those who have a service called “domain name registration in the interests of the client”

3. For the developer. No comments here

So, the essence of my post comes down to the fact that under no circumstances should you register a domain with a hosting company and a developer. Why? Because you are digging your own hole. How? Let's look at it below.

I will guess what will happen after the domain is not registered to you.

After registering a domain, be sure to look at who it is registered to. And if it’s not on you, then this is not a reason to ring the bells. At least at this stage, domain registration is not so scary for you. As long as the domain does not host a cozy website with thousands of pages and large sums are not spent on its promotion, you can sleep peacefully. You just need to find out why it happened that the domain was not registered in your name. Maybe it’s just a mistake by the person who registered the domain, or maybe he (the developer) turned out to be too cunning. In any case, point this out and re-register the domain to yourself.

What an unscrupulous owner can do with your domain:

Change DNS servers

DNS (DomainNameSystem) is a special system designed to obtain information about domains. In most cases, DNS is used to obtain an IP address from a hostname. To put it simply, all domain names are converted to IP addresses thanks to DNS, or vice versa. DNS servers are needed for domain delegation.

DNS server settings are specified in the domain control panel. So, if the domain is registered to another person, then nothing prevents him from logging into the control panel at any time and deleting records about the hosting server. And this will lead to the fact that your site simply will not load, because the DNS server will not know where to get the data from to load the site.

Redirect your domain to your own site

Let's assume that the domain name is registered not to you, but to the developer. Let everything go fine at first. You shell out money for promotion, advertising the project, filling it with useful materials, and pay salaries to designers and programmers. And then one fine day you just argue with your developers. In general, with the one to whom the domain name is registered. At the same time, you break up on “raised tones.”

In this case, the developer can go to the domain control panel and update the list of DNS servers. That is, it turns out that the domain will remain the same, only the data for this domain will be taken from a different hosting provider. The one who is specified in the DNS server settings by an unscrupulous developer. DNS servers are updated approximately 24 hours.

Imagine that after a day or two you go to the site, and a completely different site loads there. I think that the first thought that will arise in your mind will be “the site has been hacked.” By the way, maybe so. Therefore, you immediately need to check what IP address the new site is located on. You can redirect to a different IP address by making changes to the A records for your domain name. And this is done again through the domain control panel.

So, if the site is “hacked”, then this matter is fixable and can be resolved within a few hours. And if there is a redirection, then the problems can only be solved by making changes, again through the domain control panel. And if you don’t know this password, and the redirection continues, then it will be a complete disaster. Gradually, all the pages of the site will fly out of the index, and along with this, TIC and PR indicators will fall out, yes, and all others too. Yes, plus this will also cause moral damage.

Sell domain to competitors

Of course, if your project is some kind of blog that you didn’t have high hopes for, then maybe the damage won’t be so strong. What if on a domain registered to an unscrupulous developer, there was a business card website for your offline business and with the help of this website you attracted clients? It is clear that sales will immediately fall and your company will suffer serious losses. Plus, there is a loss of trust from customers, and great joy for competitors. In short, the consequences are catastrophic.

And if the domain is registered under the official data of the developer, then you can only solve the problem in court. Not otherwise. And if the domain is registered to a hosting company, another situation may arise:

Problems with “bonus” domains

Today I often see advertisements where the hosting company also offers a “top” domain as a bonus for purchasing their services. And it's free. So, sometimes it happens that this particular free domain is registered with the hosting company. Therefore, always read the offer agreement carefully. And only after that agree or disagree with the terms of the contract.

In this case, you will also not be able to transfer the site to another hosting platform. In general, there are enough problems. In any case, I personally always carefully study the conditions for providing “bonus” domains by hosting companies.

During the domain registration process, pay special attention to:

1. The company with which you are registering domains. It must be reliable and well-known. For example, nic.ru. Their prices, of course, are not low, but one can hardly doubt the reliability of companies like this. There are also well-known services that provide the ability to register domains. For example, . In such cases, the reliability of the company should be assessed according to the principle: “Is the WebMoney office itself reliable?”

2. Always carefully study the domain registration rules. In the contract, make sure that you are the owner of the domain. And if possible, use the services of lawyers

3. I think it’s good form to order a paper copy of the offer agreement confirming that you are the owner of the domain

4. There are people called “resellers”. These are people through whom you can register a domain. It will be cheaper through them. But I think that you shouldn’t be fooled by cheap prices, but register the domain yourself. In addition, you should not use the services of other intermediaries when registering a domain name.

Know that the official owner can always change the password, e-mail and contact information. Moreover, he can do this even without access to the domain management control panel.

Considering these nuances, you will not have any problems or questions about how to register a domain. Remember these rules!
